Microsoft’s statement on the layoffs came after the news in the press yesterday. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, in the article he shared with the employees of the company, stated that he was going through a period of important changes and that he had meetings with customers and business partners. Stating that customers are optimizing their digital spending, Nadella said, “We also see that organizations in every industry and geography are acting cautiously as some parts of the world are in recession and others are waiting for recession.” made its assessment.
