The increase in civil servants, which will be shaped according to inflation, will be determined on January 2 after the TÜİK data, but if no additional increase is given for the election, the civil servant will receive a raise of 18.6 percent. If inflation increases by 3 percent in December, 6-month inflation will be 17.5 percent and the inflation difference will be 9.8 percent. The civil servant raise rate will remain at 18.6 percent with the inflation difference and the 8 percent collective bargaining increase.
