The bag bill that extends the operating contracts with a duration of less than 49 years in privatized ports to 49 years has been expanded. Adding 200 billion liras to the borrowing authority of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance to 493 billion liras was added to the bag. Borrowing General Manager Yiğit Yaşar said that they needed an additional limit in order to end 2022 with a strong cashier and to meet the borrowing requirement in 2023 without disturbing the market.
